Return Policy

We follow a – “No Questions asked – 15 days Return Policy”. We wish to inform you that, at leatherbarrr, we accept any manufacturing defects related returns of the purchased products within 15 days from the date of delivery. We arrange for the pickup of your product to be returned only after you follow our cancellation procedure which is the first step in this process.  If you note any damages to the outer package/product at the time of delivery itself, please don’t take the delivery of the product & contact us immediately. The products to be returned should : – Be “Unused” ; – Have the tags/stickers that the product came along with ; – Be in its original packing ; – Be sent with the original invoice For Returns mail us @ support@leatherbarr.com with your Order ID and Contact No. We Will Revert Back within 12 Hours.

Refunds >

Refunds for your orders will be provided only after you complete the cancellation procedure.The refund process will be initiated once we receive the product back @ Swagstar. Refund will take place in the same payment mode through which the original payment is made. The amount will be refunded within a few days after we receive your returned product @ Swagstar. Payment mode : Refunds Debit Cards : 3-6 working days Credit cards : 7-21 working days Net Banking : 3-6 working days In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) : We will refund the amount of the product excluding the COD charges.We will arrange for refund after consulting with you.The refund will be made in a mode convenient for us. No cash refunds @ Swagstar.in.
